2. Who owns this site
This site is operated by Digital Solution Core S.A., a company incorporated in the Republic of Panama dedicated to software development, systems integration, digital marketing and the operation of digital ecosystems.
3. What this site is and what it is not
This site is an informational and commercial space. It exists to show who we are, what we do and how we work, and to let you get in touch with us.
What this site is not meant to be:
- It is not a store: no products are sold and no payments are processed here.
- It is not a service platform: there are no user accounts or private client area in the public section.
- It is not professional advice. The content published here is informational and general. Applying it to a specific case calls for a dedicated analysis.
The information published, including examples, service descriptions and supporting content, does not constitute a binding commercial offer or a promise of results.
4. Permitted use
You may browse the site, read its content, share it citing the source and contact us through the published channels.
By using it, you agree not to:

The site offers a free diagnostic form so you can tell us about your case. By submitting it:
- You authorize us to contact you by email or WhatsApp in order to respond to that request.
- You declare that the information you provide is truthful and that you are authorized to provide it, if it belongs to a company.
- You understand that the diagnostic is an assessment conversation, free of charge and with no obligation to hire for either party.
Submitting the form does not create a contractual relationship or automatic confidentiality. We recommend that you do not include restricted information, trade secrets, credentials or sensitive data in the open fields. If your case calls for it, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement before going into detail.
Answering every request is our commitment, but we reserve the right not to handle requests that fall outside our scope of services or that are clearly false or abusive.
6. How services are contracted
No service is contracted through this site. The scope, timelines, deliverables, prices and payment terms of each service are always agreed in a separate document: a proposal, a quotation, a service order or a contract signed by both parties.
Where there is any conflict between what is published on this site and what is agreed in that document, the signed document always prevails.
7. Intellectual property
The site's design, texts, graphics, code, structure, trademarks, logos, trade names and all other elements belong to DSC or are used with the corresponding permission, and are protected by Panamanian and international copyright and industrial property law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, where the company that owns this site is incorporated. Any dispute relating to the use of this site will be submitted to the competent courts of Panama.
If you are a consumer living in another country, this clause does not deprive you of the protection granted by the mandatory rules of your place of residence.
