Evidence
See the systems we built — and still run today
Not mock-ups, not proofs of concept. Systems with real users, in production, that we still maintain.
The anchor case
A full system for an international medical congress
A professional organisation needed its website, its app, its online training, its events and its support desk to stop behaving like five separate things. We built the whole thing, and we still run it.

What we build
Website, apps published on Google Play and the App Store, a grants platform for laboratories, e-learning wired into the store, participation modules with surveys, live voting and Q&A, certificates, and a badge-printing kiosk.
What we connect
One user base across web and app, OTP authentication for sign-up and recovery, segmented roles and audiences, professional credential validation against an external service, and app sessions controlled from the same site.
What we activated
Our own email marketing plugin with templates, logs, unsubscribes and bounces; campaigns segmented by role, participation and behaviour; monetisation through online training and in-app promotion.
What we operate today
AI-assisted support wired into email, congress administration, automatic certificates, user and grant management, and continuous infrastructure maintenance.

Owned products
Products we use ourselves every day
What we build for ourselves is the bar for what we build for you: if we don't use it daily, we don't sell it.
Cardreen
A SaaS product for commercial capture. It started as a need of our own and became a product in its own right.
PMS Core
Project operations on real data — the system we run our own work, tasks, time and deliveries in.
Our WordPress plugins
Email marketing, forms, participation, events, certificates, quizzes and app connectivity. We built them because what existed wasn't enough.
Applied AI
AI agents working in real operation
We don't use AI as a talking point. We use it to operate. These agents work inside our daily flow and inside the systems we maintain.
AgentEngine
AgentEngine is the console we run our own AI agents from, every day: it coordinates them, hands out the work and keeps a record of what each one did.
AI-assisted support
An agent that works tickets, drafts replies and tracks deadlines inside the support system itself, not in a separate window.
Email, meeting notes and follow-up
Reads, organises and summarises; drafts meeting minutes and keeps commitments moving.
The pattern
What all of these have in common
We built them, we connected them, and we still operate them. That is the pattern, and it is the difference between delivering a project and taking charge of an operation: when something breaks on a Monday morning, there is nobody for us to escalate to.
You won't find improvement percentages or client growth figures here: those numbers belong to our clients, not to us. What you can do is open the systems and watch them work.
How we work
How a system like this gets built
None of these was built in one pass. Each one followed the same route, and each area has a page of its own.
Assessment
Tell us what you're running today
If you already have systems running and want them to work together, the assessment is the starting point.
You'll answer a few questions about your operation and we'll come back to you with the assessment.
