Someone else writes the answer
Your customer asks and gets a summary with two or three names. If you're not there, you disappear from the first read and you never find out it happened.
AI search visibility
Your customer no longer reads ten links: they read a paragraph written by a model that mentions two or three companies. We work so your information is published in a form that ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's generated answer can cite without getting it wrong.
The breaking point
When the model writes the answer, the list of links sits below the fold and sometimes never gets opened. Being in that answer doesn't depend on writing more, but on how your information is published.

02
If what you do, who you do it for and where has to be guessed by reading between the lines, it would rather cite a directory that does say it plainly.
03
Your website, your Google listing and your profiles say three different things. In doubt, the model goes with the source that doesn't contradict itself.
How the work is done
None of this is a trick: it's publishing the facts about your company in a form a machine can extract, and then checking whether they show up.
Every real question your customer asks, answered in a short, identifiable block instead of buried in a long paragraph. That way it gets extracted without being reinterpreted.
Who you are, which services you have, where you operate and on what terms, marked up in structured data and consistent everywhere you appear.
Figures, scopes and definitions of your own written with their context, so that citing you is easier than summarizing someone else. With no data of your own there is nothing to cite.
We periodically ask what your customer would ask and note whether you come up and how you're described. It's a tracking exercise, not a ranking: there's no official report for this.
Where it starts and where it ends
They're two different jobs resting on the same foundation. It's worth knowing which one you're buying, because what gets measured in each is not the same.
The goal is to be the source the model mentions. The work is on structure, entities, consistency and data of your own, and it's followed through mentions.
It's almost never a standalone project: it's built on top of a site that's already healthy.
Competing for searches and showing up among the results, with content architecture, technical SEO, authority, local presence and measurement all the way to the sales opportunity.
That's the work of our SEO agency, and for most companies it's where you have to start.
Both live inside marketing and growth, and if what you're after is turning those visits into conversations, that's built with email marketing and sales funnels.
What we do and what we don't
The ground is new. There's no official citation dashboard, there are no positions to buy and nobody —us included— has proven results at scale. What there is, is a mechanism, and it can be worked on seriously.
What gets structured, what gets marked up, what gets published and at what rhythm. That's agreed in writing and verified.
What a model cites is decided by the model, changes without notice and can't be looked up on any dashboard. Anyone guaranteeing you'll appear is selling you something.
Repeated questions put to the AI search engines, visits arriving from them, and the mentions we can actually verify.
We don't yet have publishable client results on this. What we can show is this very site, built with the method.
Fit
If the basic searches for your business don't return you, starting here is starting from the roof down. First the SEO work, then the citation.
This builds presence over the medium term and has no on switch. For immediate demand, the tool is paid advertising.
Questions
The work of publishing your company's information in a form a language model can understand, extract and cite when someone asks it about what you sell. It's also called AEO, for answer engine optimization.
No, but it shares almost all the same foundations: AI search engines read the web that the traditional search engines crawl. If your site isn't technically healthy, there's nothing to cite. The difference is in the goal and in what gets measured.
No, and nobody can. It isn't a ranking you can look up or a slot you can buy: it's a model deciding on every answer. What we do commit to is the work that makes the citation possible, and checking periodically whether it's happening.
With three things: questions repeated over time to the AI search engines, noting whether you appear; the visits arriving at your site from them; and new mentions in the sources those models read. There's no official metric, and we say where every number comes from.
It depends on the state of your site and how much you have published. We don't give a date: it would be made up. What shows quickly is the work —structured pages, marked-up data, published answers— and the measuring comes after that.
Almost never. We work on the one you have: reorganizing what's already written, marking up the data and adding what's missing. If the platform prevents publishing structured data, we tell you, with the reason.
Next step
With three or four real questions from your buyer and your site's address we can already look at who gets cited today and what you're missing to be the one. No strings attached.
