Users, logins and gated content
Who gets in, what they see and what they can do. Private areas for customers, partners or internal staff, with real permissions instead of a page nobody links to.
WordPress development for companies
We do not install a theme and hand it over. We build the modules WordPress is missing so it can actually run your operation, and we leave it connected to the systems where your data already lives.
The problem
WordPress holds far more than people think, but not on its own. The breaking point is almost never the design: it is the day the site has to recognise a person, charge them and keep a record of what they did.
It gets solved by buying another plugin, and another. Two years in, the site depends on eleven third-party add-ons that collide with each other and nobody dares to update.
The form sends an email, someone copies it into a spreadsheet and there it dies. The site produces information every day and the team works without it.
Someone edited the theme from the inside to get by. Now updating breaks the home page, so nobody updates, and an un-updated WordPress is the door left open.
What we do
We start from what has to happen in the operation, and that decides what gets built. Whatever already exists and works is kept: we do not replace things for the sake of it.
Who gets in, what they see and what they can do. Private areas for customers, partners or internal staff, with real permissions instead of a page nobody links to.
Online payment reconciled with the invoice, enrolment into courses or events, learner progress and a certificate at the end. The payment and the record are one event, not two.
Whatever comes in through the site shows up in the system your team follows up in, with its source tagged. No copy and paste, and no email lost among a hundred others.
If you also need the whole site rebuilt or connected to your ERP, that is covered in B2B website design and development.
What sets us apart
We do not resell other people add-ons. We built these modules ourselves and they run in production today, holding up real operations including our own. When your case fits none of them, we build the missing one.
Segmented campaigns from the same user base as the site, with no list exports into another tool.
Forms wired into the process, with the data where the team will actually use it.
Live interaction with the audience: questions, polls and answers during the event.
Registration, agenda, attendees and access control inside the same site.
Issued automatically once the condition is met, verifiable and with no manual work.
Assessments and surveys whose results can be read and compared afterwards.
Every one of them came out of a real project. See the systems they run in today.
Scope
We do not quote a number before understanding the scope, because a made-up number turns into an argument later. What we can tell you is what moves the needle.
| Factor | What raises it | What lowers it |
|---|---|---|
| Modules | Behaviour no plugin provides, which has to be written | Needs our existing modules already cover |
| Users | Several roles with different permissions and their own content | A single type of user |
| Payments | Reconciliation with invoicing or with the ERP | Simple checkout on the gateway you already have |
| Existing content | Migrating a large site whose URLs already rank | Starting clean or keeping the current structure |
| Running it afterwards | Ongoing maintenance, updates and support | One-off delivery with no follow-up (rarely a good idea) |
In the assessment we go through these five points with your team, and out of it comes a proposal with scope and timing in writing. Book a free assessment.
Fit
We would rather say it up front than halfway through the project. There are cases where insisting on WordPress costs more than changing tools.
Your team publishes content and needs to keep doing it without depending on us, and the site has to hold users, payments or records connected to your operation.
What you need is an application with complex business rules and many roles. That is custom software, and it is covered in software development.
FAQ
Yes, and that is one of the reasons to use WordPress. We leave the content editable from the dashboard and hand the site over explained. What we do not want is for you to have to call us to change a line of text.
We use third-party ones when they solve the problem well and are properly maintained. We write our own when the alternative means paying yearly for something that does not fit, or when the data has to flow out to another system and the plugin will not allow it.
Almost always. If your system exposes an API, we connect to it; if it does not, we build the layer in between. It is the same integration work we do outside WordPress.
Not necessarily. First we look at what can be kept: the content that ranks, the integrations that work and the theme if it is healthy. Rebuilding everything when half of it was fine is the expensive way out.
We do, if that is what we agree. A WordPress with no maintenance degrades on its own: add-ons fall behind, the PHP version changes, and the updates nobody runs become the risk.
We work remotely and our hours overlap with US business hours, so scheduling is not the obstacle it is with teams on the other side of the world. Everything that matters goes in writing.
Next step
If your WordPress has run out of road, or if what is coming is too big for it, let us start by understanding what you have today. The assessment is free and it ends with a proposal with scope and timing in writing.
