The data that segments isn't in the tool
You want to email only the people who bought more than six months ago, or who abandoned the cart twice. That data lives in your system, not in the email platform, and the platform can't read it.
Email marketing and sales automation
We don't resell someone else's tool and we don't bill agency hours. We wrote the bulk email engine and the funnel engine ourselves, and both have been running in production for years — which is why we can change whatever your operation needs.
The breaking point
Almost everyone starts with an off-the-shelf email marketing platform. It works as long as your case is the off-the-shelf one: one list, one newsletter, one send. The problem shows up later.
01
You want to email only the people who bought more than six months ago, or who abandoned the cart twice. That data lives in your system, not in the email platform, and the platform can't read it.
02
The contact signs up, gets the sequence and that's the end of it. Nobody knows which campaign produced the person who actually bought, because the source gets lost between the email tool and the CRM.
03
The invoice grows with the database, not with what the database produces. And the day you want different behaviour, the answer is that your plan doesn't include it.
What we do
We don't hand over an account and a how-to. We build the system, connect it to wherever your information lives and leave it running on rules your sales team understands.
Segmented sends with your own templates, scheduling, and real measurement of opens, clicks and bounces. Bounces are detected automatically and the list cleans itself without anyone reviewing it by hand.
Sequences triggered by what the person actually does: signed up, opened, clicked, abandoned the cart, didn't reply in five days. Each step can wait, skip ahead or branch.
From the landing page and the double opt-in form all the way to the opportunity in your CRM, with every contact's source stored. You know which campaign brought in the buyer.
If you also need to rebuild the landing pages or connect the CRM to your other systems, we handle that in systems integration.
Our own platform
They are two pieces of our own software, in production and with years of releases behind them. Owning them is the difference between "that can't be done" and "we'll code that this week".
Campaigns, segmentation combining several criteria, open and click tracking, and automatic bounce detection by checking the mailbox.
Multi-level funnels with double opt-in, source attribution for every contact and chained follow-up sequences.
Everything runs on your own installation. The contact database, the metrics and the history are yours, not a vendor's who rents them back to you by the month.
Both engines came out of a real operation we still support. See the systems where they run today.
Scope
We don't publish a rate because the work isn't the same in every case. These are the things that move the number, and we go through them with you before any proposal exists.
If it already lives in a system we can talk to, it's a connection. If it has to be rebuilt, that's a different job.
A simple lead capture funnel doesn't cost what a sales sequence with behaviour-based branches costs.
Bringing contacts, history and consent over from another platform is a task with its own verification.
We can leave it running for your team or stay and operate it. Those are two different scopes.
In the diagnostic we review these points, and out of it comes a proposal with scope and timelines in writing. Book a free assessment.
Fit
If the case is a flat list and a monthly send, an off-the-shelf tool will do and costs less. Building your own engine there isn't justified.
We build and run the system. If what's missing is someone to write the campaigns, that's a different profile and it's better said up front.
Questions
It can replace it or live alongside it. If your current tool handles the sending but not the segmentation or the funnel, sometimes we keep it and connect what's missing. That's decided in the diagnostic, looking at what you already have.
Not exactly. An agency operates someone else's tool; we write and maintain the software that does the work. We can run it for you as well, but what sets us apart is that the engine is ours and can be modified.
On your own installation. We don't rent you access to your database and we don't charge by contact count: the data is yours and you can export it whenever you want.
Yes, and that's the usual setup: the funnel ends by creating the opportunity in the CRM along with the contact's source. How much connection work it takes depends on which system we have to talk to, and that gets checked before anything is proposed.
It depends on the four scope points above. We don't put a number on this page because it would be made up: it comes out of the diagnostic and goes in writing into the proposal.
Next step
With that alone we can tell you whether this fits or whether an off-the-shelf tool suits you better. We'd rather say so than sell you something you don't need.
